USES:
The three-layer wall wire winding reinforced structure can be used to manufacture tubes of different pressure grades according to the structural parameters of the middle layer. The working temperature is 40+℃ and the nominal pressure is 1.0-3.5MPa. Performance: anti-static, flame retardant, wear resistance, pressure resistance, light weight, good flexibility, strong resistance to deformation and no cracking.
Range of application
Municipal works: urban water supply, heat network backwater, gas, natural gas pipeline
Chemical engineering: process pipe and discharge pipe for conveying corrosive gas, liquid and solid powder in acid, alkali and salt manufacturing industry, petrochemical, chemical fertilizer, pharmaceutical, chemical, rubber and plastic industries.
Oil field and gas field: oil bearing sewage, gas field sewage, oil and gas mixture, secondary and tertiary oil recovery and gathering and transportation process pipes
Thermoelectric engineering: process water, backwater transportation, dust removal, waste residue and other transportation pipelines.
Metallurgical mine: pipe used for conveying corrosive medium and pulp and tailings process in non-ferrous metal smelting.
Highway: buried drainage pipe, cable conduit
Marine engineering: sea water transportation, submarine pipeline and optical (electric) cable conduit, etc.
Shipbuilding: ship sewage pipes, drainage pipes, ballast water pipes, ventilation pipes.
